01. Payments are made full or half via GOPAY, DANA or QRIS only in order to avoid Hit & Run actions.02. Fill in the order form carefully and clearly for catalogue orders, explain your concept and attach the inspiration for customized order. Please do include additional details in the request column.03. The maximum processing time is 1-10 days after being purchased and is carried out according to the order list. Rushed order will be added extra charge (Half of the design's price if it's from catalogue).04. Orders will be sent via Telegram files to keep it HD for catalog orders and via Google Drive link for custom orders.05. I strongly recommend for the JPG/PNG idols comes from you, as the buyer, to avoid total revisions or buyer dissatisfaction due to the difference of taste. Using photos from fansite or paid sources are strictly prohibited and please send them through Telegram files or Drive link to avoid quality and size compression.06. If the photo comes from me, as the seller, buyers are not allowed to protest about the photo used and ask me to change it.07. Preview will be sent first and the maximum revision is only 3x for minor revision only. Charge applied for more tempts of revision and major revision and will only be valid for the next 24 hours after the preview and/or result is being delivered.08. I have the right to post each testimonies and custom result to my portofolio. Those who refused to be posted will have to pay half of the custom price.
